We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Australian orders are dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please understand that we will not dispatch your order until payment has been processed.
However if we are custom making your boots it is approx 2 week make time with items dispatched after 1 day of receiving at Jfahri head office.
We will supply you with the tracking number of your order once it has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress until it arrives. All orders will be shipped based on the weight of the item 1kg to 5kg $5.00 - 5kg and above $15.00.
International orders will be shipped at $30 per item worldwide.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund (if faulty) or an exchange please contact us at email@example.com before you put anything in the post - we are happy to help out but are unable to accept any returns unless we have been notified in advance. If you would like to return an item (or items) that is not faulty then we ask that you cover the shipping costs we do not offer money back returns we are only able to offer a credit note, however in the rare occasions when a product may be faulty we are happy to cover the cost ourselves. We think that's a pretty fair deal.
If your boots are the incorrect size for you we will replace with the correct size - boots must be returned within 5 days of receiving - we will cover the cost of the postage back to you.
And finally, as is standard across most online stores, please ensure that when you return any item(s) they are in the same condition as when you received them. We will not accept returns if they have been damaged or show clear signs of use.
Unfortunately, due to Australian health and safety regulations, we are not able to accept any returns for earrings unless they are faulty. Please understand that this is for all of our customers' own safety and well being.
