If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund (if faulty) or an exchange please contact us at sales@jfahri.com.au before you put anything in the post - we are happy to help out but are unable to accept any returns unless we have been notified in advance. If you would like to return an item (or items) that is not faulty then we ask that you cover the shipping costs and send the item back within 7 days of receiving.We do not offer money back returns we are only able to offer a credit note, however in the rare occasions when a product may be faulty we are happy to cover the cost ourselves. We think that's a pretty fair deal.
If your boots are the incorrect size for you we will replace with the correct size - boots clothing and accessories must be returned within 5 days of receiving - we will cover the cost of the postage back to you.
And finally, as is standard across most online stores, please ensure that when you return any item(s) they are in the same condition as when you received them. We will not accept returns if they have been damaged or show clear signs of use.
Unfortunately, due to Australian health and safety regulations, we are not able to accept any returns for earrings unless they are faulty. Please understand that this is for all of our customers' own safety and well being.
