Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched within 3 days. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Click & Collect — free
Order online and collect from our boutique at 2/457 Chapel Street, South Yarra. We'll email you as soon as it's ready, usually within a day on business days. Open Tue– Sun 11am–5pm.

International shipping
We ship worldwide for a flat $30 AUD per order. Delivery is typically 7–21 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made boots
Due to the volume,  Custom boots take approximately 3-4 weeks to make. We'll dispatch within 1 business day of completion and keep you updated on progress.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

14 days to change your mind.

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it. No need to email us first — just lodge your return through our [returns portal].

Full-price items
Choose a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit. Return postage is [$10 deducted from your refund / free — we'll email you a prepaid label].

Sale items
Sale items can be returned for store credit or an exchange within 30 days. Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used online or in store.

Free exchanges on size
If the size isn't right, exchanges are free — we cover return postage and the postage to send your new size out. This applies to all items, including boots.

Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We can't accept items that are damaged or show signs of wear.

Hygiene exclusion
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on pierced earrings unless they're faulty.

Final sale
Gift cards and items marked "Final Sale" can't be returned or exchanged, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email sales@jfahri.com.au with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return postage and arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, the returns policy above.

Refund timing
Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 2 business days. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

Unfortunately, due to Australian health and safety regulations, we are not able to accept any returns for earrings unless they are faulty. Please understand that this is for all of our customers' own safety and well being.
